At Organic Mitrra, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements for products purchased on our Platform.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your order only before it is shipped.

🚨 Important: Once an order is shipped, it CANNOT be cancelled.

This rule applies to all orders.

If the order status shows Shipped, Out for Delivery, or Delivered, cancellation is not possible.

To request cancellation (before shipping):

  • Go to My Orders, or
  • Contact our support team immediately

1.2 System-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Listing or pricing errors
  • Delivery address limitations

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns, refunds, or replacements are allowed only under specific conditions.

Please review the following guidelines carefully:

2.1 Quality Guarantee

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Spoiled or expired
  • Defective
  • Poor in quality

You must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

2.2 Incorrect or Missing Items

If:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • An item is missing from your order

You must report this within 24 hours of delivery.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are strictly non-returnable to maintain hygiene standards:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Cold-pressed oils and fresh juices
  • Handmade or naturally prepared consumables
  • Opened or used packaged food items
  • Personal care items (creams, soaps, oils)
  • Any product explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

3.1 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and credited to your original payment method.

3.2 COD Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or provided as store credit.

3.3 Replacement

We may offer a replacement for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

4. Important Conditions

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Proof is insufficient
  • Product damage happened after delivery
  • The product is classified as non-returnable

All decisions regarding returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Organic Mitrra.
