Organic Mitrra uses trusted logistics partners to deliver orders across India. Delivery timelines are calculated dynamically based on dispatch time, customer location, and courier availability.

1. Shipping Process

Once an order is placed, it is packed and dispatched from our warehouse using integrated courier services.

Customers will receive notifications for:

  • Order confirmation
  • Dispatch
  • Tracking details
  • Expected delivery date

2. Estimated Delivery Date (EDD)

The Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) shown during checkout is based on real-time courier data and is treated as the guaranteed delivery window, with a small allowable variation.

✔ Delivery is guaranteed within the estimated timeframe,

but it may be delivered 1–2 days earlier or 1–2 days later depending on courier and external conditions.

3. Delivery Time Variations

3.1 Delivery May Be 1–2 Days Delayed

Delivery may extend slightly (1–2 days) due to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Traffic restrictions
  • Public holidays or festivals
  • Courier hub delays
  • Unforeseen incidents (strikes, emergencies, operational failures)

3.2 Delivery May Be 1–2 Days Earlier

Shipments may arrive faster than expected if:

  • Courier processing is quicker
  • The order is dispatched early
  • Route and traffic conditions are favorable

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated dynamically based on:

  • Customer location
  • Warehouse origin location
  • Courier charges
  • Weight and size of the package

Organic Mitrra may offer free shipping on select orders.

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make two delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect:

  • The order may be marked as Undelivered or Returned to Origin (RTO).
  • Refunds (if applicable) follow our Refund Policy.

6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you can track your order via:

  • My Orders section on the Platform
  • Shiprocket tracking link
  • SMS/Email updates

Tracking may take a few hours to update after shipment.

7. Delivery Limitations

Delivery may be restricted or delayed in:

  • Remote or rural locations
  • High-security or restricted zones
  • Areas with limited courier service availability

In such cases, customers may be contacted for alternate arrangements.
